02 Receipt matrix
LOCAL SESSIONOnly included files with confirmed assignments count as received.
Bring in the subtitle files.
SRT / VTT · 100 files · 2 MiB each · 20 MiB total · UTF-8 for checks
Filename suggestions are tentative. Open each file below and confirm its episode, declared language, type and revision. Exclude files you do not want to deliver.
03 Package the handoff
ZIP includes renamed, byte-preserved originals, JSON / CSV manifests, a missing-assets checklist, a readable HTML index and original → new name mapping. All included revisions are kept.
Confirm or exclude each included file, then acknowledge the review.
Save project JSON separately to resume later. It contains your original file bytes. Nothing is saved automatically; closing or reloading this tab clears the session.
A CLEAR SCOPE
Built for the handoff.
Honest about the checks.
For localization coordinators, independent producers and small post-production teams who need to reconcile the files they have with the files they requested.
What does the matrix mean?
Received means one included, confirmed file matches a declared slot. Missing means none. Duplicate means two or more files have the same declared revision in a slot; they may have different content. Revisions means multiple revision numbers. No newest version is selected automatically. Excluding a file removes it from the delivery, not from your saved project.
What can the structural checks find?
Basic millisecond timecode syntax, non-positive durations, out-of-order cues, overlaps, empty cues and SRT numbering. Checks accept UTF-8 SRT and WebVTT with LF or CRLF. Findings stop at 100 per file; cue inspection stops at 10,000 cues. WebVTT notes, style and region blocks are skipped, and cue settings are preserved but not validated. Overlaps may be intentional. A timing-like line inside cue text is flagged as a possible missing blank separator; embedded cues are not independently checked. Unsupported or malformed text is reported and never repaired.
Does this validate language, SDH or a platform specification?
No. Language and type are declarations you confirm. We do not verify translation, SDH content, video synchronization, reading speed, style guides, frame rate or platform acceptance. This is a generic delivery organizer with your own profile; it is not affiliated with or certified by a streaming platform. Always check your recipient’s current requirements.
What happens to my files?
File processing and downloads happen in your browser. There is no account, telemetry or upload endpoint. Original bytes are preserved, including BOMs and line endings. Exports use unique safe filenames; no original is overwritten. A saved project JSON contains base64 copies of originals and assignments. Treat it as sensitively as your subtitles. The JSON is not encrypted.
What is outside the MVP?
No video playback, transcription, translation, TTML, STL, SCC, frame-rate conversion, compression, cloud storage or automatic revision selection. This tool cannot guarantee that a file will be accepted. Large or unsupported files are rejected as a batch, keeping the current project intact.
